This web site allows you to search the MLS directly using HomeCards. You can do up to three searches to "test drive" the system, but MLS rules dictate that you must sign up for the service if you want to continue. Your information will be held in confidence.
HomeCards allows you to search all active listings, bookmark your favorite properties, notify David if you want to set up a showing or want more information, and create automatic Email alerts. The Email alerts will notify you of all new listings that meet your criteria, as well as older listings that have had a change, usually a price reduction.
